Reiki is a gentle life force energy that flows from Source and is offered according to your highest good. Through intention and energetic alignment, this recording has been created so that Reiki is available to you when you listen with consent.

This is not a guided meditation, it does not require visualization, focus, or effort. Throughout the recording I will be channelling Reiki with the intention that when you listen to it, you will receive Reiki energy for inner child healing.

Understanding the Inner Child
The inner child is the part of you that holds early emotional experiences, memories, and feelings from childhood. Sometimes this part of us may still hold fear, sadness, loneliness, or feelings of not being safe or not being enough, due to past experiences we encountered.
When our inner child receives love, safety, nurturing and support, it can begin to heal.
This healing enables us to re-connect with our inner child and feel more emotionally balanced, grounded, and whole. It can help us feel safer within ourselves and more able to move through life with self-trust, inner confidence and emotional stability as adults. This recording offers energetic support for emotional safety, comfort, and gentle healing.
