What is Energy Healing?
Energy healing is one of the oldest and most natural forms of healing we have. At its heart, it is the understanding that we are all made of energy and that this energy can be guided, balanced and restored to support wellbeing on every level: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
Usui Reiki is one of the most widely practised of all energy healing systems. Originating in Japan in the early twentieth century, it has since spread across the world and been embraced by millions of people seeking a gentle, non-invasive path to healing and inner peace. Reiki works by channelling universal life force energy and directing it to where it is most needed.
Over the last twenty or so years, many other healing systems have been channelled, as you can see from the array of attunements I offer! You can now attune to a vast amount of different energies for so many different needs; healing, spiritual protection, abundance, ascension, kundalini awakening, spiritual advancement, enhanced consciousness, connection to spirit guides…I could go on, there are more than 1000 different attunements and systems on this website alone.
What I have always found so wonderful about energy work is its capacity to travel through time and space. Distance is no barrier. The same universal energy that can be shared in a room can be sent across the world with equal love and intention and this is the foundation of everything I offer here.
What is a Distant Attunement and How Does it Work?
An attunement is a sacred energetic process by which a Reiki Master or energy practitioner opens and aligns your energy channels so that you can receive and channel specific healing energies yourself. Think of it like tuning a radio — the energy is already all around us, and an attunement simply helps you receive it more clearly and fully.
Distant attunements work on exactly the same principle as distant healing — through the understanding that energy transcends physical location, I am able to transmit the attunement energy to you wherever you are in the world.
All of the attunements and empowerments I offer here, including my own channelled attunements -New Earth Energies Systems, are delivered distantly, via chi ball, which enables you to receive it from the comfort of your own home at a time that is suitable for you. Detailed guidance is provided for every single one and I am always just an e-mail away if you have any questions along the way.
Spiritual Development -Your Spiritual Journey, at Your Own Pace
Spiritual development is a very personal and emotive process. There is no fixed destination, no right or wrong way to travel and no timetable to keep to. What I try and offer here is simply a space of warmth, knowledge, support and encouragement, a place you can return to as many times as you need, going as deep as you feel called to go.
Whether you are drawn to explore Reiki for the first time or are a seasoned energy worker, every step you take towards your own healing and spiritual expansion sends ripples outward into the world, raising the vibration of the planet.
We are all powerful spiritual beings, capable of changing our lives and making a difference. The abundant universal energies available to us are a natural and gentle way forward, helping us to harmonise, heal, and cultivate peace, both within ourselves and on this earth.
