Usui Reiki is a form of energy healing, channelling Universal, Sacred, Life force energies. There are many different versions of the origins of “Reiki” dating back centuries and being passed on generation by generation through verbal means. In modern times the system we now know as Reiki was founded in Japan by Dr Mikao Usui.
Reiki is a two syllable Japanese word, REI and KI, meaning universal life force. REI means universal power, KI is life energy.
Usui Reiki attunements connect you to Universal Life Force Energy, enabling you to channel these energies through your hands to heal yourself and others.
Usui Reiki has so many applications in our everyday life. Using Reiki we can heal ourselves and others (people, animals, plants, situations, globally, etc). We can heal on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. We can heal across space and time. We can expand our consciousness and spiritual awareness. The energies are truly transformational!

Usui Reiki Level 1– The beginning of your Reiki journey. You will learn about the history of Reiki and the 5 Reiki Principles. At this level you will receive a distance attunement which will connect you to the energy and enable you to work with Reiki on yourself and friends, family and animals. You will learn about the chakras and systems of the body. You will also learn the various hand positions for giving a self treatment and treating others and various methods of using the energies. After you have received your attunement you will be able to work with this amazing energy straight away.
Usui Reiki Level 2 – At this level you are introduced to and attuned to 3 symbols which help to focus, strengthen and expand your healing abilities and practise. You will learn how to send distant healing. Distant healing can be sent to others, people and animals, to the future, to the past, to present situations in the world. Usui Reiki Level 2 opens you up to the immense possibilities of Reiki.
Usui Reiki Level 3 Master/Teacher – At this level you are attuned to the Master symbol and will learn how to attune others to Reiki. You will also be attuned to various non-traditional symbols to expand your healing abilities and will learn advanced Reiki techniques.

Usui Reiki attunements are offered as distant attunements via chi ball method. For each attunement you will receive an in depth manual, which you work through in your own time, the attunement via chi ball, certificate and lineage if requested and my full support via email.
