This distant reiki recording for sleep has been created by myself to offer gentle energetic support for nervous system settling, deep relaxation and natural sleep.
Reiki is a gentle life force energy that flows from Source and is offered according to your highest good. Through intention and energetic alignment, this recording has been created so that Reiki is available to you when you listen with consent.
You do not need to do anything special to receive this energy. Simply lie down, get comfortable, listen and allow yourself to receive.
How This Recording Works
This is not a guided meditation, it does not require visualization, focus, or effort. Throughout the recording I will be channelling Reiki with the intention that when you listen to it, you will receive Reiki energy for sleep and relaxation.

-You receive what is appropriate and supportive for you at that time
The recording acts as an energetic invitation, allowing Reiki to flow when you choose to listen.
Reiki is not governed by time or space. You can listen to this recording as often as you like and receive reiki healing.
