Reiki is a gentle life force energy that flows from Source and is offered according to your highest good. It works by supporting the body, mind, and energy field in returning to balance. Reiki is not governed by time or space. This recording has been created and energetically prepared with intention and energetic alignment so that every time you listen with openness and consent, Reiki will be available to you.
This recorded session combines guided visualisation, Reiki energy healing and the protective support of Archangel Michael — known as the angel of truth and protection — to help gently sever cords that are no longer aligned with your highest good.
Archangel Michael is traditionally symbolised with a sword of light. In this recording, that sword represents truth, clarity, and loving release — not harm. Cord cutting does not erase love or memories. Instead, it restores energetic balance and sovereignty so you can move forward feeling lighter and clearer.
Throughout our lives, we form energetic connections — often called etheric cords — with people, relationships, experiences, memories, and even beliefs. Some cords are healthy and loving. They form through mutual care, balanced relationships, and shared growth. These connections feel supportive and life-giving. Other cords can become unhealthy. They may form through trauma, attachment, unresolved emotion, guilt, fear, control, or prolonged stress.
