This set of 2 guided Reiki recordings for opening and receiving guidance have been created by myself, to help you clear blocks, open the third eye and crown chakra, connect with your higher self, guides and Source energy to ask for and receive guidance.
The first recording, “Opening to Higher Awareness”, has been created to clear blocks, open the third eye and crown chakras and connect with higher awareness. Throughout the recording, Reiki energy is used to support the gentle clearing of energetic patterns, mental noise, limiting beliefs and other blocks that may make it difficult to feel connected to your intuition and inner wisdom.
You will then be guided through an energetic opening of the Third Eye and Crown chakras, encouraging greater receptivity to intuition, inner knowing, spiritual awareness and higher consciousness.
From this clearer and more open space, the audio guides you into connection with your Higher Self, spiritual guides and Source energy. This creates a foundation for developing a deeper relationship with your own inner guidance and the wider spiritual awareness that surrounds you.
The second recording, “Receiving Guidance”, has been created to help you connect with your higher self, spiritual guides and Source and receive guidance.
This recording takes you into a peaceful state where you are guided to reconnect with your Higher Self, spiritual guides and Source energy, creating space to listen rather than constantly searching for answers outside yourself.
Once you are settled into this connection, you will be gently guided to ask questions and become receptive to whatever information, insight or awareness may arise. Guidance can be experienced in many different ways. You may receive a thought, feeling, image, word, memory, physical sensation or a simple sense of knowing. Sometimes the message may be subtle, while at other times a moment of clarity can arise unexpectedly.
You can use these recordings independently or together.
Reiki is a gentle life force energy that flows from Source and is offered according to your highest good. It works by supporting the body, mind, and energy field in returning to balance. Reiki is not governed by time or space.
