This guided Reiki recording has been created by myself, to support you in exploring and experiencing yourself as the person you choose to be. Throughout the recording 432hz theta waves are softly resonating in the background, to bring relaxation and help you visualise more clearly.
Reiki is not governed by time or space. This recording has been created and energetically prepared with intention and energetic alignment so that every time you listen with openness and consent, Reiki will be available to you. This session combines spoken guidance and guided visualisation with Reiki energy to help you step into your new chosen identity.
This session invites you into a deeply immersive visualisation where you can explore a new identity from the inside. Rather than simply thinking about what you would like to change or achieve, you are guided to imagine yourself already living as this version of you — noticing how you think, speak, move, feel, respond and experience your life.
Reiki is channelled throughout the recording with the intention of supporting you as you connect with this new sense of self. You are gently guided to imagine how your chosen identity feels in your body, how you carry yourself, how you communicate, how you make decisions and how you move through an ordinary day.
