The Foot Chakras are classed as one of the minor chakras in our chakra system, but they play a very vital role in our wellbeing.
The foot chakras work closely with the base chakra, they help us create a strong, stable connection with Mother Earth and help us feel grounded and open to receive earth’s healing energy. We can connect with Earth’s healing and wisdom through our foot chakras and bring this powerful energy into our beings.
Like our palm chakras, our foot chakras are very receptive and expressive. We can draw energy in through them or send energy out through them.
The flow of energy from our foot chakras to the earth and vice versa is very important; not only do we draw energy up from the earth but we also use these chakras to send energy into the earth. This is energy that has moved down through the chakra system and needs to be expelled, it is often a cleansing process for this energy to be sent through our foot chakras and down into the earth for recycling.
The foot chakras are very intuitive and know when to let energy in or let energy out, they regulate the energies very effectively, but as with any chakra they can, over time collect debris and energetic attachments and become sluggish, blocked or even closed.
The energies of this system will help to cleanse the foot chakras of anything that does not serve you and activate the foot chakras to awaken them and help them function at optimum levels once more.
The energy can be used for self-healing and healing others.
