-Now begin to think of the things that you are grateful for in your life at the present moment.

-Begin to repeat each thing you are grateful for and say why, for example,

“I am grateful for my health because I can do so many wonderful things everyday.”

“I am grateful for my home because it keeps me safe, warm and dry.”

Repeat each statement 3 times, breathing slowly and deeply.

-Each time you repeat your statement, focus on your heart centre and feel gratitude expanding in your heart centre, with each repetition let the feeling of gratitude grow and grow. Allowing yourself to align with the vibration of gratitude.

-You can repeat as many or as few statements as you wish, but ensure that you feel the words you are using for each statement, filling them with conviction and gratitude.

-When you feel ready repeat the words “Thank you, thank you, thank you.”
