Energies to help rejuvenate and revitalise body, mind and spirit during the Winter months. Banish Winter Blues Attunement is one of my own attunements channelled in 2022.
As many of you may know, I’m very much not a Winter person. The effects of the shorter days, lack of sunlight, wet, damp days and cold grey skies have a very negative effect on my mind, body and spirit. I find myself yearning for Spring to come and push away the Winter Blues. This year, following a very wet Autumn I was feeling particularly low in energy and noticed how many other people felt the same, after several meditation sessions I have channelled these energies to help banish Winter blues.
The energies of this attunement come from Source and bring in light, hope and peace. They can help still and calm the mind, flushing away lower energies of depression, apathy and procrastination and allowing space for quiet reflection, acceptance and peace.
The energies rejuvenate the physical body, flooding it with pure white light from Source, helping ease discomfort, bringing energy and vitality to the body. The energies help raise vibration, bringing comfort to your spirit and reassurance that all is well, that this is a season, part of the natural flow of life, a time to connect and just be. The energies bring hope for the future, enabling you to be comfortable in the knowledge that Spring will come, renewal and rebirth, but all in good time, there is no need to rush and yearn for Winter to be over, be at one with nature and the ebb and flow of time and the cycles of the year. A wonderful calm acceptance.
The energies can be used for self-healing and for healing others and can be used as often as needed through the Winter months.
