Lavender has always been one of my favourite plants. I love the invigorating smell, the soothing colour and of course its many amazing healing properties. Memories of lavender go way back to when I was a child and my Grandmother would make little lavender sachets to hang in the wardrobe or have by my bed to help me sleep.
