-Manas is the part of your middle mind that involves your sensory perceptions and controls cravings for pleasure and experiences. It works with the five senses of taste, touch, smell, sight, and hearing. It is the part
of the mind that is emotional.
-The Chitta is the memory and it controls remembering and forgetting.
