This system has been channelled to help bring into balance Yin and Yang energies, promoting harmony, peace and interconnectivity.
The energies of this system come direct from Source and help align the energies of your being, balancing them, balancing the life force energy, the chi, within you; to bring forward a state of equilibrium in body, mind and spirit.
Yin and Yang represent the perfect balance of chi energy. Chi energy flows through every vibrating being, it alternates between yin and yang energies, the combination of the two makes our physical world, our reality, possible. When chi, life force energy, is correctly balanced between Yin and Yang it flows perfectly, maintaining and stimulating perfect well- being in mind, body and spirit, promoting harmony and balance.
When we have a balance of yin and yang energies we feel in harmony, aligned and whole, if we experience an imbalance of Yin or Yang energies it can manifest as physical, emotional or spiritual imbalance, we can feel physically ill, emotionally unstable and disconnected from Source energies.
Yin and Yang are opposites, yet they exist in relation to one another, like light and dark. The balance between the two is always in a state of shift, as chi works through the energies.
